This Privacy Policy applies to the SPJSC mobile application (the “App”), developed and technically maintained by BizTackle Innovations Co. W.L.L. (“BizTackle Innovations”) for St. Peter’s Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Bahrain (the “Church”).
The Church is responsible for the collection and use of member information through the App, while BizTackle Innovations provides the technology, software development, hosting and technical support services required to operate the App.
We respect the privacy of our members and users. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information may be collected through the App, how that information is used, how it may be shared, how it is protected, how long it may be retained, and how users can request deletion of their information.

BizTackle Innovations provides the technical platform, software development, hosting and support services for the SPJSC App and may process personal information only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure and support the App on behalf of the Church.

4. Push Notifications

Personal information may be accessed or processed by BizTackle Innovations Co. W.L.L. as the technology provider for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing and supporting the SPJSC App.

6. Firebase and Third-Party Services
The SPJSC App may use services provided by Google Firebase for application functionality, diagnostics, crash reporting and/or analytics.
Depending on the services enabled in the App, Firebase may process technical and application-related information such as application identifiers, device information, operating system information, crash information and aggregate usage information.

9. Account and Data Deletion
If you have created an account in the SPJSC App, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, applicable personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law, including where information must be retained for legal, regulatory, security or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Important: Uninstalling the SPJSC App from your device does not necessarily delete your account or personal information. Users should submit a deletion request using the contact details provided above.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information held about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Request restriction of processing where applicable;
- Request a copy of certain personal information where applicable;

The SPJSC App is intended for members and users of the Church.
